Un\u2019occasione per avvicinarsi alla <strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"461\">realizzazione del S\u00e9<\/strong> e sperimentare un momento autentico di connessione interiore.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"706\">La giornata inizier\u00e0 alle <strong data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"564\">ore 17:00<\/strong> con una visita guidata al <strong data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"618\">Complesso Sant\u2019Agostino<\/strong> e al <strong data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"639\">Museo SADIM<\/strong>, a cura del FAI di Benevento, in <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"705\">Via Giovanni De Nicastro, 13<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"924\">A seguire, alle <strong data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"737\">ore 18:00<\/strong>, si terr\u00e0 una sessione di meditazione Sahaja Yoga aperta a tutti, in cui sar\u00e0 possibile provare direttamente questo metodo semplice e profondo, adatto a ogni et\u00e0 e livello di esperienza.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"1103\">Dopo l\u2019evento, chi lo desidera potr\u00e0 continuare il percorso con incontri settimanali gratuiti ogni <strong data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1051\">marted\u00ec alle ore 20:30<\/strong>, presso la sede del <strong data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1102\">WWF in Via Vitulanese, 103<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1105\"
